General Terms and Conditions (AGB)
Welcome to K-GlamBar online store. These terms clearly explain the conditions under which you can shop with us, your rights as a customer, and our obligations towards you. Please read them carefully before placing any orders.
1. Scope of Application
These terms apply to all orders placed through our online store from the following countries only:
Germany
Belgium
Netherlands
Austria
Luxembourg
We currently do not deliver to other countries.
2. Contract Conclusion
By placing an order through our website, you are submitting a binding offer to purchase the selected products.
The contract between both parties is concluded once we send you an order confirmation email including the product details and the total amount.
3. Prices and Payment
All prices are shown in Euros (€) and include statutory VAT where applicable.
Payments can be made using the payment methods shown at checkout, including:
Credit Card
PayPal
SEPA Bank Transfer
Other available electronic payment services
The payment amount will be debited immediately upon order placement.
4. Shipping and Delivery
We exclusively use DHL for delivering all orders.
Free Standard Shipping: Delivery within 9 to 15 business days.
Express Shipping: Delivery within 3 to 5 business days for an additional €4.99.
If delivery is delayed beyond the specified timeframes for reasons attributable to us, we will send a €3 compensation gift to the same IBAN used for your payment.
You will be notified by email in the event of any delay.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods without providing a reason.
The products must be unused and in their original condition.

6. Warranty
We adhere to all statutory warranty rights according to German and EU law.
In case of any manufacturing defect or damage upon delivery, please contact us immediately and we will promptly resolve the issue.
7. Product Information and Liability
All products offered in the K-GlamBar online store are described with the utmost care and accuracy based on the information provided by manufacturers or suppliers. However, minor variations in color, appearance, or product details may occur due to product updates or customers’ display settings.
Customers are required to follow the usage and care instructions provided with each product. Any damages resulting from improper or incorrect use of the products are the sole responsibility of the customer, and K-GlamBar shall not be held liable.
